Session & portfolio release.

This Session & Portfolio Release (the “Release”) is between the person completing a booking (“you”) and Corina Sanie Photography (“I” or “me”). It covers the photographs and any video created and delivered as part of your booked session (the “Images”).

I do. Like every professional photographer, I retain copyright to all Images: the original captures and the finished edits. This is what lets me protect the work and guarantee its quality. It does not limit how you enjoy your photos, which is covered next.

You receive a personal-use license that is perpetual and non-transferable. You may:

• Print your Images at any size, anywhere, for your home, albums, cards, and gifts
• Share them on your personal social media and with family and friends
• Save, back up, and archive them forever

Lifestyle, headshot, and branding sessions also include a business-use license: you may use those Images on your own website, professional profiles, and marketing for the business or personal brand photographed.

• Selling Images, or licensing them to anyone else
• Entering them in contests or submitting them for publication without asking me first (I'll almost always say yes)
• Applying filters, heavy edits, or crops that materially change the look of the finished photograph
• Removing my name or metadata from the files

If you're unsure whether a use is covered, just ask.

You're hiring me for my eye. I direct the styling, light, composition, and editing, and I select the final Images for your gallery. Delivered Images are finished work. I'm always happy to make small adjustments (a crop, a blemish), and extensive retouching or re-edits may carry an additional fee. Unedited RAW files are not delivered.

You give me permission to show Images from your session in my portfolio: on my website, social media, printed samples, submissions to publications, and marketing. You confirm you have the authority to give this permission for everyone photographed, including any minors for whom you are a parent or legal guardian.

You can opt out. If you'd prefer some or all of your Images stay private, email me before or after your session and I'll honor it. No fee, no questions. Newborn and maternity clients: I'm especially careful here and always happy to keep specific images just for you.

When you share online, tagging @corinasaniephoto means the world and helps other families find me. It's appreciated, never required.

By checking the release box during checkout, you confirm you've read and agree to this Release. The date, your IP address, and the Release version are recorded with your booking. If this Release ever changes, the version you agreed to still governs your session.
